The CompTIA Mobility+ certification covers the knowledge and skills required to understand and research capabilities of various mobile devices and aspects of over-the-air technologies.
The CompTIA Mobility+ exam covers mobile device management, troubleshooting, security, and network infrastructure. It identifies IT professionals who can deploy, integrate, support and manage a mobile environment while ensuring that proper security measures are maintained for devices and platforms to mitigate risks and threats.
There are no prerequisites for the exam, but we recommend that individuals have 18 months experience in a mobile business environment. CompTIA Network+ certification and 12 months networking experience is strongly encouraged.
The CompTIA Cloud+ certification covers standard methodology required to securely implement and maintain cloud technologies. The global cloud computing market is projected to reach $270 billion by 2020. Cloud+ is the next career certification step for experienced network, storage, or data center administrators.
The CompTIA Cloud+ certification validates the knowledge and best practices required of IT practitioners working in cloud computing environments, who must understand and deliver cloud infrastructure. Recommended experience includes at least 24-36 months of work experience in IT networking, storage, or data center administration, and familiarity with any major hypervisor technologies for server virtualization.
The CompTIA Mobile App Security+ certification ensures that developers have the knowledge and skills necessary to design and build secure applications. The CompTIA Mobile App Security+ certification exams cover the knowledge and skills required to securely create a native iOS or Android mobile application, while also ensuring secure network communications and backend web services.
There are two editions of the CompTIA Mobile App Security+ exam: One for Android development (ADR-001) and one for iOS development (IOS-001). Only one exam is required to become certified.
The CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician exam covers U.S. regulatory requirements, medical organizational behavior, IT operations, medical business operations and security - including the knowledge and skills required to deploy and support healthcare IT systems in various clinical settings. The exam is intended for IT professionals who are CompTIA A+ certified or have 500 hours of hands-on IT technical experience in the lab or field.
